First he said you should have ticket till vglj then only i can take you. After that he said ok i take you till vglj. Give fare uptil vglj. Staff should help people. Pehle haan then no. Is not right.

Aap k siwa dousre kahi se order nahi kia aaj tak. But aap k portal of no use at night. Other channels working great at same time. Look into it so customer get best of the service all time.

@drmjabalpur in festival time one can't get reservation in jabalpur trains from nzm. Every year this happens. Demand is high and supply is less. You have maximum load for delhi and you do nothing about it. This year also I will had to travel by road I know.

Yesterday also my train 22181 was so full. I could get reservation upto gwl only where as I had to go agc. Officials and sansad ji doing what can't be understood.

@IndiGo6E 7:25 I am at drop counter. 7:55 bhopal flight. Check in not allowed. Asking to collegue, has bhopal last passanger gone then started talking on phone. Counter 1. Pnr- WSSG6V.

Is this all ok as per you ? No help. Ticket modification counter says we dnt sell tickets from here. He himself was making new ticket with excess fare, if passanger pays for other flight.

6 number waiting book Kari 12004 me tundla to kanpur. After chart prepration bhi 6 w/l rahi. Waiting khiski bhi nahi 5 tak. itni bheed hai. Kanpur Delhi track par. Aap kuch karte kyo nahi? Upar se lko-agra intercity uss me bhi jagah nahi.

@DrmJhansi is 22195 train diverted between maksi and bandra. What's the new route. So to understand the time at arrival station. If before departure it would have been informed by you. Would have not boarded the train.

My friend boarded from gwalior to Surat and now m seeing Surat station is cancelled. Twitter should be used to give information to passengers. Rather then just only sharing some ones tweet.
