It’s fascinating and scary to think - how much change is around the corner and how less we are thinking about it … Pre-Internet Era : “Information was power.” Access to knowledge was scarce, and those who controlled it (institutions, media, experts) held power. Post-Internet Era: “Making sense of information was power.” The internet democratized information, shifting power to those who could filter, analyze, and apply it effectively. Post-AI Era : “Inquisitiveness and execution will be power.” •AI commoditizes knowledge and analysis, making asking the right questions, strategic decision-making, and physical execution the new sources of power. •Judgment, creativity, relationships, and AI augmentation will be key differentiators. •Real-world execution (manufacturing, logistics, energy, biotech, etc.) will become a major bottleneck and a source of competitive advantage. Those who can work effectively without over-reliance on AI, build trusting relationships, connect unique dots across multi disciplines- will hold unique influence in an increasingly automated world.
