Recently @Fanatics CEO @michaelrubin said he’d give up his entire net worth in exchange for going back 10 years.
Respect the confidence, but personally I wouldn’t as I attribute too much of success to luck & timing (despite my confidence, skills etc).
But, here’s a better question: would you give up all your accomplishments to go back in time and relive fatherhood?
Despite being an obsessive, compulsive workaholic, I was very present and active dad. But…
This popped up on my feed.
It was 15 years ago.

A few thoughts:
- legacy media was always a bunch of whiners and wankers suffering from a non-justified superiority complex.
- envy and jealousy are cancerous traits.

Classy. Having lived in Madrid as a child, I root for Spain (as well as Iran & Canada).
Usually I would not want Portugal to win (Iberian rivals).
But, same way I was happy for Messi, I’d be very happy for @Cristiano Ronaldo if he won. Though, still will be rooting for Spain (and Canada and Iran - politics aside).
Maybe it’s because I don’t live elsewhere, used to play and appreciate the artistry and enjoy futbol from afar, but I never understood those (99%) who love Messi & hate CR, or love CR but trash Messi. You can prefer one. Root for one. But how can anyone discount either?
Mind you, I’m also the sole person on this planet who supports @realmadrid and @FCBarcelona so as always on an island of one.
