Northeast Megalopolis (USA): Boston to Washington, D.C.
For the first time in my Real Estate career I am questioning whether the Northeast Megalopolis will shift South or remain on its path.
The Socialist Democrat NY, NJ and other Northeast leaders have created an exodus that I did not anticipate.
Corporations have flipped the bird to the taxes and regulations, and are now leaving. This could snowball very quickly.
Time will tell, but I now question the financial direction of the Northeast corridor.
It is happening pretty fast. NJ layoffs have a concerning uptick per the last report I read.
