Today’s PT session was immeasurably improved with this audio. What a gem!
After Project Hail Mary, I heard Atmosphere was a must. Loved it- then heard Taylor Jenkins Reid wrote this one too. 🌟
Introducing Artemis III.
Four astronauts. Three launches. Two dockings. One splashdown.
In 2027, the Artemis III mission will practice docking the Orion spacecraft with two lunar landers in low Earth orbit — the capability we need to return humanity to the Moon’s surface.
Why is @GovBallNYC SO LOUD?? It’s in Flushing Meadows Park, several miles away, and we all hear the thumping noise that’s supposed to pass as music. My whole block has already made 311 complaints. Have your concert, but WHY SO LOUD??? 😡
102 is a curious PB about a sick boy helping a mouse family in a parallel situation. This number plays a prominent role in this beautifully illustrated story. Heartwarming and sweet.
A Potion (etc) is an intriguing book told in a peculiar order, leaving the reader to sort out events, characters, reasons. And, of course, the solution for the last 3-legged goat stuck under the castle/ saving the turtle/ evading Ned & the king who hates odd/prime numbers.
Here in the Real World is a story of a boy who’s told he’s “in his own world,” who meets a girl trying to grow her own papayas in an old church lot. When animal environmentalists threaten their garden, is there a solution? Can they save the lot? Can he become “normal?”
Wombat Waiting is about a dog following a voice directing him to safety from the Santa Anna wildfires, and to “his” person. A poignant story about belonging, helping, perseverance, and… patience.
A powerful story of a girl and her robot- but really about so much more… Second Life of Snap, by award-winning Erin Entrada Kelly. Will give much food for thought!
Hold on. Am I meant to hop around the book, flipping to find Chapter 1 and then search for each one and read in order??
Just started and was faced with Chapter 13. 😳
