Surely this is a regressive step as you say Troy, without auto renewal this adds extra cost and effort to security, we need to be making this stuff easier
There goes your 2-year EV certs, that product is dead. Hope this pushes orgs towards automated renewal given the manual effort to renew was one of the frequent excuses I heard for long-expiring certs. theregister.co.uk/2020/02/20…

Windows 7 will be unsafe to use as of the 14th of January 2020 due to Microsoft's plan to no longer supply security updates for it.
Ensure that you have a plan to upgrade your devices to at least Windows 8.1 within the next 6 months!
