Your account was closed because you broke the margin rule two times.
On March 30, 2026, we sent you a written warning for breaching our margin usage guidelines. The warning explained the rule and named the limit.
8 days later, on April 7, 2026, you broke the same rule again.
That day you took 28 trades on XAUUSD. Your margin usage reached 93.74%. The profit you made from those trades was $14,297.
As per our rule back then. If you get a warning and then break the same rule again, the account is closed. The full profit made from the rule-breaking trades is deducted from the payout.
The $14,297 is the profit generated through the violation. That is the amount the policy required us to deduct. It is separate from any payout request.
You said this rule was not there when you joined. That is not true. We sent you a warning 8 days before you broke the rule again. We cannot send a warning for a rule that does not exist.
The decision stays the same. This case was closed 2 months back.
This rule is the same for every trader. No one gets a different rule.
