Hey @DHLCanadaHelp, why do I get an email saying that my package is ready to be collected at the service center, and then when I get to the service center I have to sit around for 30 minutes and counting for your staff to find it?

Then today I received a bill for the Fibe Tv app. For the internet service that is not installed. The lack of information from @Bell is astonishing.
If I was an existing customer and my fibre cable was broken, is this the level of service I should expect?
