ALT โ Ibi is extremely passionate in her role as a paediatric nurse trainer and educator. She led a successful bid for interactive manikins to aid training for staff and parents. Ibi identified that once children and young people are discharged from hospital, there was no opportunity to have refresher basic life-support training. Ibi organised regular sessions for parents, with overwhelmingly positive feedback.โ
