A lot of people say they’re grinding. But most people are just going in and out of projects🤔 Real grinding is built off a system. ...The people system ...The process system A system changes the way you approach everything because now every move has intention behind it. You stop throwing random messages, random pitches, random energy into chatrooms hoping something works. Instead, every action becomes objective grinding. Stick with me! ...Before you make a move, you already understand the possible outcomes attached to that move. Every decision creates a chain response. Response A = positive. Response B = negative. If the response is negative, you don’t keep forcing the same direction emotionally. You either adjust the chain, refine the approach, or completely cut that path off. If the response is positive, then you improve the chain and continue building momentum from there. That’s what systems do. They remove unnecessary emotions from pitch flow. A lot of people fail to win because they move based on temporary feelings instead of repeatable structures. When you understand systems, you stop seeing rejection as the end. You start seeing it as feedback. Now let me explain the system I use for jobbing and opportunities. I call it.....PITCH FLOW. Pitch Flow is the natural order that happens before partnerships, jobs, gigs, collaborations, or opportunities are closed. Most people only focus on “getting the gig.” But they ignore the psychological flow that happens before people decide to trust or work with you. The flow goes like this: Attraction...Curiosity...Evaluation...Value recognition...Interest...participation and partnership. That is the chain. In simple terms: People see you. They become interested in you. They check you out. They weigh your value. They see your worth. Then they decide to work with you. That’s the flow. Most people break the chain too early because they don’t understand where they currently are inside the pitch flow. For example: someone just discovered you today and you’re already trying to force partnership conversations. You skipped attraction. You skipped curiosity. You skipped value building. So naturally the chain collapses. This is why visibility matters. This is why positioning matters. This is why reputation matters. This is why consistency matters. Everything is connected. Your tweets...Your behavior...Your network...Your delivery...Your knowledge...Your presence. All of it contributes to Pitch Flow. If people see you consistently adding value, they naturally become curious. If they become curious, they start observing. If they observe long enough and see competence, your value increases. Once your value is recognized, interest follows naturally. Then participation becomes easier. That’s why some people close opportunities effortlessly. It’s not luck all the time. Sometimes their system is simply stronger. There will still be hard times. There will be ignored messages. There will be bad responses. There will be days where it feels like nothing is moving. There will be pressure, Doubt and Shitstorms. But systems help you survive emotionally because systems create direction. And when you continue refining the process long enough, winning slowly starts becoming default instead of accidental. That’s the difference. Anybody can get one lucky opportunity. But systems create repeatability. And once repeatability enters your life, winning becomes default. So yes, build systems...Understand Pitch Flow...Study responses...Stay consistent.
