I also would like to point out that this applies to men more often than people realize, but when men restrict or purposely increase calories it’s considered ‘fitness’ or ‘aesthetics’ not to mention the use of steroids etc. But no one ever considers the effects that has on men.
The amount of fitness influencers promoting and glorifying 6% body fat that is hidden only by muscle is the same exact thing but in a different shape. Yet no one is worried about them passing out because they ‘look’ nourished, but it is the same exact thing. So we should indeed be less concerned about someone else’s body (especially someone we don’t know and who definitely doesn’t know us).
Concern from strangers online has no positive impact on someone with millions upon millions of followers. She don’t even know you exist, your opinion is the equivalent of the of a fruit fly.
