Kevin O'Leary's massive data center was approved by a county commission in Utah last night.
At 40,000 acres, it would be 2.5x the size of Manhattan.
The commission approved the proposal despite opposition from hundreds of locals.

Sark was given a two year extension raise in January.
He quite frankly hasn’t done anything to deserve an additional raise since then.
On the surface, this feels like a head coach who’s hearing the noise about his playcalling and offensive struggles in 2025, and saying he’ll take his ball and go home.

Sark and Kiffin both have the same agent, Jimmy Sexton. So this has to be a calculated leak by their agent to get both of them big raises or at least Kiffin one. The news definitely improves the market for Kiffin to force a huge payday for him

Texas fans piling on Arch when this is more of a Sark issue IMO. A ton of talent but 15 and 19 vs UGA, 17 vs A&M, 14 and 7 vs Ohio State. That offense bogs down way too much for being 'all gas' and the playcaller getting the hype he gets.
