I’ve made plenty of 70/30 blends before I’m not a fan - I find the fat coats your mouth too much and there is not enough beefy flavor for me. To each their own.
I did years & years of bbq competitions and burgers were sometimes an auxiliary category in addition to also many morning TV segments on how to build a better Burger.
