Post-Wall Break, the receiving end is now in full knockdown untechable state, instead of neutral with the opponent.
The initiator of the Wall Break now has a 25 frame advantage, instead of the previous 0 frame. In line with the previous removal of Super Skill Wall Breaks, this change also aims to improve game tempo.

Ground Assists can now be used while airborne. Aerial Assist only activates at or above the peak height of a standard jump. The attack has also been changed to an attack aimed at the ground.
In addition, all sub-character attacks (Assist attacks and attacks from a character after tagging them out) now hit as mid attacks

Each Assist type can now be triggered via cancelling an attack.
In addition, the assist character will now appear from behind the main character when using Cancel Assist and is also sped up accordingly with the screen freeze time adjustment.
