It’s so obvious that Trump is imposing tariff to strong arm during negotiations. When it doesn’t work, he’ll just say I’m benevolent & will cancel it. He just cancelled on phones & laptops. If most hold strong, he’ll cave, & then crumble.

It’s a misconception that the only outcome for Coaching is actionable items; a good Coaching conversation facilitates growth and learning, triggers realization, supports & reassures. All these could be what the clients need and doesn’t require any consequential action.
