Every analyst believes in the mantra "Give me insights or give me nothing!" I'm saying: Stop providing insights. All you are doing is telling leadership: "Water is wet." Switch to providing "out-of-sights!" Change the game. My new post on Occam's Razor: zqi.me/outofsights

This is so painful 'cos of how true it is in larger organizations across geographies & industries. Likely hurts, but it is helpful to reflect where I/you are in this chart. #selfawareness For a CxO, an outright rejection of this cartoon is a sign of how true it is 4 their org.

With return to work, and all these people stopping by my office... Thinking of putting this signboard outside my door to ensure I'm greeting each person optimally... (PS: Wait for that last dude, he's something else.) Source: Pattrawan Laosombut: is.gd/IE55bI

I recommend getting out of the office during lunch. Grab some food (thai tofu curry, jasmine rice) and go walk around. I had lunch with geese today, then walked around the campus. So pretty. (I love the new bike racks!)

Micro-loans are a great way to support people for whom relatively modest for us funds can have a transformative impact. I use Kiva, I invite you to consider it as well: is.gd/iSsQeu My recent loans are for women entrepreneurs (higher halo vs. men) in Cambodia & Peru.

#twitterhelp Problem to solve: Keep in sync files btwn 2 laptops that are at diff locations. What's the simplest answer? Tried to hook a drive to my Asus ZenWiFi AX6600 to use as common source, but errors, confusion. Hooked a cheap NAS to home network, laptop won't "discover."

#presentationtips 1. PowerPoint does not suck, you do. To improve, fix the right problem. 2. You are the story, not the slides. Good luck!

#digital #Merchandising Don't be like my beloved @VanMoof, and make me do math for every row when comparing the S5 with the S3. This is hard for customers... Lowers conversion rates...

68,000,000,000! We see the heartbreaking broken buildings and infrastructure in Ukraine. But, this chart takes that to a whole additional devastating level. $68 billion in losses, and, sadly, counting. (Plus irreplaceable loss of life.) : ( Details: is.gd/tiglnm

People with good high school & university grades get a sweet boost in their first job, first comp package. You'd be surprised how 3-5 years in, neither is predictive of professional success. Even less of happiness. So cheer up. You have a lifetime to be successful & be happy.

"Why can't we have this project done faster? Are you sure the team is competent? Do you need more people?" "Team is good. Some things just take time, for an optimal outcome. It is difficult for nine humans to give birth in one month." #hastecanmakewaste
