In June 2025, Russia conducted its highest monthly number of cruise missile launches of the year, including three major Kh-101 salvos in the weeks after the attack. A number of aircraft were tasked with demonstrating continued operational capability. However, the real impact became apparent in July and August, when salvo sizes decreased.

A year after Operation Spiderweb, during which Russia lost part of its capabilities, its impact is still visible in the operational methods of strategic aviation. Almost all Tu-95MS and Tu-160M are now based at Ukrainka Air Base. Although Russia has attempted to reorganize into a more dispersed network in order to complicate such operations, these efforts have not fully succeeded.
