I mean, if by "making our lives worse," you mean "not flying on a taxpayer-funded private $200 million luxury jet we didn't need," then yes, Dems are for that.
Imagine being this petty. It really is the diffence between the Left and the Right. We want their lives to get better, and offer the path to make it so. They want our lives to get worse, so they can giggle about it and imagine our decline makes their lives better.

So the White House is giving "bonuses" of stablecoins provided by the Trump family business to some of today's UFC fighters? I can't wait to hear the typical disclaimers from Republicans: "Well, it's not the decision I would make."

Just the latest reminder that when Republicans were whining about Obama disrespecting the Presidency because he wore a brown suit, it was all just hypocritical partisan hackery

We could focus on someone becoming a trillionaire when SpaceX's biggest customer is the federal government. Or focus on reforming a tax system that allows him to borrow against his shares and not pay taxes on it.

Maybe you could focus on getting rid of the massive corruption that occurred under your watch instead of criticizing our greatest Americans? Also, E is among the largest tax payers in the history of California and America (and will obviously be the largest going forward).

Well,@Elon might be a trillionaire. But some of his kids will still never love him

If history has one lesson, it's that the bigger the wealth gap, the more likely there will be societal upheaval. That is what is dangerous. But you won't hear that from Jason & other believers in the philosophy of "Wealth makes right"

This is classless and dangerous. You’re a disgrace @globeandmail

It's such a strange coincidence that my timeline here is filled with people tweeting about how Elon Musk is the best man ever.

And precisely what threat did he pose? Other than being Somali? You don't have an answer for that.
Doesn't matter who you are—if you pose a risk to our nation, you're not coming in!

As a wise man once told me, two things can be true at the same time Yes, those words are often used against Republicans incorrectly. But they also fit a lot of behavior you'll see in the Trump Administration
Racism. Fascism. Nazism. Genocide All printed like Weimar currency, thus losing all real value. Seriously, read the whole thing.

It's been a bit since I've been here and I am struck by how weirdly online the MN conservatives are on here. If you are still complaining about COVID crackdowns & making #MeToo comments in 2026, you're intellectually lost.

"Bisexual lighting" could be the dumbest thing I have heard yet.
This is unnecessary and intentionally signaling Trans. They know what they’re doing. Once you notice bisexual lighting being used, you can not unsee it. This is intentional. I will not be gaslit.

And yet sadly, X is still filled with them
With Stephen Colbert and Scott Pelley now out the door at CBS, we're seeing the systematic elimination of smug, old, straight, white guys who think they're better than you.

If I have learned one thing over the past several years, it's that Barack Obama being elected President just broke a lot of conservatives.

Hey, I am no political expert. But I am not convinced that the Republican convention opening with a moment of silence for….Derek Chauvin is going to bring anyone new into the fold. It's performative politics that isn't going to expand the party. But maybe I am a buffoon.
Replying to @aysrick
That sounds like it was written before any candidates entered the race. Who is the “buffoon” in that list?
