I love supporting new brands and just wanted to help point you in the right direction with some information.
An RA range of 1.6 to 2.4 is a huge difference. That is almost like having 8 different mousepads within the same batch, since each small change in RA can noticeably affect the surface feel.
I would definitely consider tightening the RA tolerance a lot more, ideally within around ±0.1 to ±0.2, to keep the glide and feel more consistent across units.
