We are very excited about our speakers for our webinar next Thursday. We are very lucky to have the wonderful Hollie Smith. Hollie is Wellbeing Manager at @quinsfoundation , the charitable arm of @Harlequins .

Hollie oversees the implementation and delivery of all wellbeing programmes including Ahead of the Game, which is delivered in partnership with @MovemberUK to help increase awareness about mental health, and support athletes, coaches and parents with what they need to know.

Hollie is also a mental heath first aider, qualified nutritionist and personal trainer with a specialism in diabetes and clinical exercise.
