Rooted in local food: @bamco at RWU cooked up a fabulous menu featuring local ingredients at this year's 18th annual #EatLocal Challenge. The team used 100% of ingredients grown, raised, foraged or fished within a 150 mi radius, highlighting the area's diverse food culture. 🍽️❤️
