i really want to read SOMETHING from lispector before the year ends. does anyone have a recommendation for me? thereโs a lot and i am a bit overwhelmed.
galahad and the grail (5/5) i do believe this will be a classic to be read for future academics. epic poetry of king arthur? glorious and gorgeous with intense readability.โโ ห๐ ฬ !!
the miserable mill(5/5) this is easily the silliest out of the bunch i have reread so far but it was so entertaining that i was wide awake in bed after a long shift reading it. much better than the last book!โโ ห๐ ฬ !!
some of these i was iffy about but in general i do most of these. i do wish that english wasnโt my first languageโฆor my only language but i do plan on learning another language one of these days. (also will never go on a book buying ban tbh. lifeโs hard enough)
40%โ Finally done with part two. I found it to be a bit repetitive but the stories of the knights as they all triumph over one obstacle and another was heartwarming along with them all finally coming together.
50%โ Third part is shaping up to be the best part. The story of Dindrane, and her in general, is very beautiful and I canโt say enough about the rich descriptions that are peppered throughout this book.
