New on our menu - Coelho estufado com feijão branco (Braised rabbit with white beans).
A rustic dish savoured throughout Portugal and passed down through generations. We marinate rabbit legs for 24 hours and slowly braise until tender then it's accompanied with a white bean stew

'Arroz de pato' duck rice is a cherished dish throughout Portugal. At Bar Douro we serve ours 'malandrinho', a traditional wet and warming style of rice. As the days get colder there is no better comfort food (apart for maybe Bacalhau à brás).
