Zoom fatigue is real. Plan and visualise the whole week with input from your team. Just because it is there, you don't have to be doing it 24/7. Calculate the cost and benefit. Good question: will this session help us get closer to our monthly milestones? Let your people work

Listen to students before you advice them. Understand their point of view. Listening is not taught, so you have make the effort to learn this skill. You can finish you courses/classes/ programs, but they won't be as effective as what you outlined in the intended outcomes. Listen!
