Has anyone tried Topilutamide/Eucapil for hair loss? Supposedly, it blocks DHT from binding to the receptors in your hair follicles rather than lowering DHT systemically, like Finasteride ☠️ I’m surprised I haven’t heard of this before. Anyone tried it?!

Why does nobody talk about Free T? It’s s significantly more impactful than Total Testosterone
As expected, my T levels were sort of low. 510 ng/dl. Not great, not terrible. My goal is to get my levels up to the higher end of the range. Some important information: -Some bodybuilder types are running around at 2,000-3,000 ng/dl!!!! Normal levels are 300-1200. -Cases of guys "shrinking their balls" with TRT are evidently rare. -There is medication to boost your natural testosterone production. -None of this is cheap.

As a guy over 40, I've toyed with the idea of getting on TRT. I've been hesitant for one big reason- the cloudy science behind it all, exacerbated by aggressive marketing (I inherently distrust advertising). I get ads saying TRT is great, and others warning of bad side effects, so you should use their peptides (or xyz supplement). What is to be believed? Where does the marketing end, and the science begin? Serious question.

Why are tech companies still doing leet code style coding interviews? Surely irrelevant now with AI. We literally have people vibe coding entire apps in an hour lol

Listening to the radio. Male artists songs: I need you baby, I’ll do anything for you. Pure simp shit. Female artists: I’m a boss bitch, I’m rich, don’t need a man. Complete Psy-op, make men weak and submissive. Make women dominant and masculine.

A song could be 10bpm and you’d still find a slowed version on YouTube.
