The US government, citing national security authorities, has issued an export control directive to suspend all access to Fable 5 and Mythos 5 by any foreign national, whether inside or outside the United States, including foreign national Anthropic employees.
The net effect of this order is that we must abruptly disable Fable 5 and Mythos 5 for all our customers to ensure compliance.
Access to all other Claude models is not affected.
We apologize for this disruption to our customers. We believe this is a misunderstanding and are working to restore access as soon as possible.

everyone's sleeping on how absurdly good 2026 is to start a company (even compared to 2024)
one person can now:
- ship full apps without engineers (cursor, replit)
- design without being a designer (v0, Claude Design)
- turn one video into 10 clips (opus, descript)
- push those clips to millions (X, Linkedin, TikTok)
- replace a support team (chatbase, intercom)
- literally watch exactly what their users do (Posthog)
- find target perfect leads on autopilot (origami)
This is such a rare window. I just can’t imagine it being this easy ever again

Totally agree with this
They haven't been peaking any benchmarks yet
But very likely we'll see XAI leading with the models / apps at some point by end of year
SpaceX will win the AI race imo.
Even if it doesn't look like it now to everybody,
They invented all the technologies necessary to spawn infinite compute in space.
> Optimus robots: productivity both on earth & space
> SpaceX rockets: deliveries at a lower cost
> Terafab factory: manufacturing chips at scale
> Starlink satellites: linking compute from space to earth
> Solarcity panels: infinite energy from the sun, and in space without needing water to keep things cooled
Once they start to spawn the data centers beyond Earth, I'd say they'll likely go for space mining for rare earth materials and some other things: which will mean infinite chips.
The endgame is all about compute.
If you have infinite compute, you can recursively create the best models, give much better rate limits, win, and even make all the competitors depend on you too, because they will need to buy compute from you.
