It probably seems like a technicality at this point, given how everything has been clearly about Compose for many years now. However, it's still great to see Android making it even more official that they're Compose-first!

Not everyone have noticed but IntelliJ IDEA just got a huge improvement, with the free JS/TS/CSS support it got a big API surface and PSI structures for plugins! It means you can now easily analyze JS/TS and build a lot of nice #IDE features on top!
