Rev. Canon Dr. Grace Lubaale, the 4th Bishop-Elect of Busoga Diocese, paid me a courtesy visit yesterday afternoon at Parliament. He prayed for me and invited me to his consecration, slated for 14th December 2025 at Christ Cathedral Bugembe in Jinja. With a PhD in Development Studies and being a hands-on person, I have no doubt that, beyond providing spiritual nourishment to the flock, he will play a critical role in the development of Busoga. I coordinated closely with Dr. Lubaale on enhancement of university academic staff remuneration when he was the Chairman of @kyambogou Academic Staff Association where he exhibited high level skills of negotiation with a strong sense of patriotism. I wish him all the best.
