costa rica tarrazu la minita from @happymugcoffee - this costa rica was an absolute pleasure to roast. the aromas it gave off during the roast were awesome! need to get my hands on some more of it. i hope everyone enjoys it!

the first samples of @batchchicago coffee are out in the wild! very exciting times! our first bean is a colombian huila gran galope. the huila region sits in the south center of the country at altitudes of 4500-5000 feet.
