Is EV DOCTOR trying to become CIBIL for EV Batteries?
Well YES and NO.
We all buy/sell EV batteries blind.
The battery is 40–50% of a used electric scooter's value, yet almost every resale in India closes on a dashboard percentage and the seller's word.
That percentage is State of Charge, today's fuel level. (mostly at max use the multimeter)
The number that actually decides the deal is State of Health: real range left, safe fast-charging, whether a "great price" becomes a pack swap in six months.
Measuring it used to need a lab.
Now a technician runs the full diagnostic in minutes at any authorised garage.
You'd never buy a petrol vehicle without checking the engine.
The EV's most expensive part is the one nobody inspects.
