You have a 1st amendment right to burn the US flag only when and where it's legal to burn objects.
Texas passed a law that prohibited the burning of the US flag. That is what SCOTUS ruled unconstitutional.
Neutral public safety laws against starting fires do no violate the 1A.

Eliminate Federal reimbursements for Medicaid. Give a federal tax break to the people equivalent to the amount spent on Medicaid reimbursements. Let the States collect needed taxes to pay for their Medicaid programs. Problem solved and it only required following the blueprint provided by the US Constitution in the 10th Amendment. No I don't agree. You obviously didn't listen to a word he said. He's not running a candidate in every race. He's targeting 8-10 congressional seats and 2 Senate seats. This can be done in districts where a Democrat can't win even with a split vote.
Now I'm starting to wonder who really are the ones being paid.

Not a fan of voting for the lesser of two evils.
The threat of a 3rd party siphoning off enough votes for a major party to lose is a check against that party thinking they don't have to work for your vote. Clinton was punishment for what Republicans did under the Bush administration.
I support 3rd parties exactly for this reason.

Democrats core belief is healthcare is a human right and we should have universal healthcare. Can you see how trying to go on the defensive and say "but we're only removing illegals and lazy people" means absolutely nothing to them? They are nodding and smiling at Republicans and thanking them for proving that they are in fact removing people's healthcare.
When a Democrat says we are removing people's healthcare, Republicans need to go on the ATTACK. Immediate call out universal healthcare as unsustainable. Not enough money and quality of care goes down due to shortages of medical professionals to treat everyone effectively. Knock them back on their feet and put them in the defense.

Billionaire Elon Musk gave what appeared to be a fascist salute Monday while making a speech at the post-inauguration celebration for President Donald Trump at the Capital One Arena.
“Some elections are important, some are not. But this one, this one really mattered and I just want to say thank you for making it happen,” Musk said before putting his hand on his chest and then raising it in a salute that appeared similar to the “Sieg Heil” used by Nazis at their victory rallies.
“It is thanks to you that the future of civilization is assured," Musk said.
Trump named Musk and entrepreneur Vivek Ramaswamy to lead the "Department of Government Efficiency," an outside commission aimed at identifying federal programs and spending to cut. After Trump was sworn in, multiple lawsuits were filed against the Trump administration claiming that the move violates federal transparency laws.
