One thing I am realizing for B2B. A majority of business owner, in the SMB space sign up for new services after normal business hours. I had a fear of launching while having a 9-5.. but I am finding it’s not a problem at all. They all thank that I am responsive at night.

How many people are putting a phone number for support/sales on website? As I see competitors in the market, they all have it. Being a solo founder that would be difficult. How do people overcome that? Have a chat/email helps a bit. Still not the same trust as a phone number.

I previously was looked into site/app analytics tools and going away from posthog. I implemented google analytics since I had GTM already. But I then discovered Posthog recordings.. omg is it valuable. Watch early adopters clicking through the app. Finding where people get stuck

How many of you have initial customers who think you have a large dev and support team? These customers are relentless. I'm coding, handling support, marketing, and working a 9-5. I want to set an auto-reply: "One-man show here. I can either respond to emails or fix bugs."
