Instead of acting like the a11y community is nagging us to help a tiny minority of users, we should thank them for nailing down what a text input *means*, what a combo box *means*, what a button *means*.

It was wonderful to hear @JanelleCShane speak as part of #EngWeek ! Loved the takeaway of being aware of what machine learning algorithms are actually learning - and that it may not be what the programmers thought it would be! 💻

I can’t believe there’s this constant debate of whether or not CSS is real programming. I’m watching a recorded meeting of someone from the CSS team explaining upcoming additions to our libraries and the amount of work it takes to wrangle class inheritance... I can only imagine
