Low FODMAP, low fermentation diet, low gluten. All good for #SIBO and #IBS. But more important is fasting between meals. Fasting is the time when cleaning waves occur. No cleaning waves=SIBO. If all you do is snack all day SIBO can get worse. Rule=4-5 hours between meals for SIBO
