Northern Power Grid have reported an unplanned power cut in YO26, YO60, YO61 and YO62 which is affecting a significant part of our network. Northern Power Grid have said power will be restored by 4.30 this afternoon.

Please be wary of cold calls from anyone claiming to be your ‘Internet service provider’ threatening to terminate your service unless you give the caller access to your PC. Do not agree to open TeamViewer - this is a malicious scam!

Several people, including Beeline subscribers, have recently reported receiving automated calls saying their broadband service will be ‘disconnected because their IP address has been compromised’. The Caller ID is an American number. This is a scam and must be ignored!

Apologies to some customers who are offline this evening. Today's storm has caused an outage at our Scackleton mast. We are planning on getting it back up and running first thing tomorrow so thanks for your patience in the meantime.
