Maple syrup sold out. Over 600 bottles of various sizes in less than 3 months. (Glad I sent some early to @CryptoCloaks for holiday giveaway) About 50% market, 40% BTC, 9% XMR, 1% Other. If you want on a list for 2027 message me. I keep list and send message when its ready.

Sometimes when the government shuts down farmers markets where you sell your goods for cash u find alternative methods and go on a deep dive into bitcoin. now u can distribute nationally to people u don't know on X who don't have access to fresh maple syrup and appreciate it
Sometimes you just gotta buy 2 gallons of homemade maple syrup of a stranger on X.

I sent @CryptoCloaks syrup already for Holiday giveaway b/c I ran out by June last year. Hard to look ahead, but if you would like some for Thanksgiving or Christmas breakfasts, get it now and store in cool pantry. May want to get a few new glass bottles for Christmas gifts.

Guys, mother's day is approaching. My sister Sarah's tallow soap is perfect for mom or wife. Get the regular cut bars for her, and a few BTC ones for you. You're mom or wife will be amazed. My sister originally made it for herself b/c of sensitive skin. It is amazing stuff.

Unbelievable, my half gallons are sold out. 1 month. Quarts, pints, and GLASS left.(8, 12, 16, 32 Oz glass) Never let people tell you bitcoin circular economy doesn't work. I had people 5 yrs ago buy syrup with BTC just to try buying something. 80% return just for the syrup.

My maple syrup in glass is a hit this year. Going fast at farmers market. It's also shipping well (my big concern), so more glass next year. Don't forget my sister Sarah's homemade soap. You can get regular bars or these limited bitcoin bars. (I can fit them in an order of syrup)

OK, I had another issue somewhere. At 4 am this morning I got a lightning payment. I can't find an invoice I made or any messages for an order, it does match price of a product though.. Let me know if you sent me some, possibly from nostr b/c relays might not match correctly.

Going upside down in Ohio this week. When it warms up sap won't run much, the little that does will spoil. Looks like next weekend we'll get a freeze thaw cycle and another run. Spoiled sap makes terrible syrup, also if the trees bud the syrup is bad. 2 1/2 weeks to bud.

Slow boil tonight. I will run evaporator harder this weekend. I need to boil 45 gal of sap to get 1 gal of syrup. Goal on my homebuilt evaporator is to boil off about 1000 gallons of water this weekend to concentrate the sugar.
