I am amazed at the harshness of today’s report by the Privileges Committee. I believed Boris before and I believe him today. This punishment is absolutely extraordinary to the point of sheer vindictiveness, and I will vote against this report on Monday.

Government's own figures estimate that Aus deal at best would increase UK GDP by just 0.08% a year by 2035.Â
New Zealand deal, while benefitting NZ will have “limited effect … in the long run” and could actually reduce UK growth by -0.01%.
Some new era huh
These deals mark a new era for Britain as a free trading nation and wouldn't have been possible while we were in the EU.
Our future lies in free trade with key allies in the Pacific, Europe and hopefully in due course the US. This is how we will stand up to authoritarian regimes.
