In 1990 srgns under Medicare were paid avg $3,258 for a knee replacement today avg $1098. Considering inflation with no increase surgeons should be paid $7,656 today yet our expenses have gone up 2.35x,hospitals cont to receive ⬆️ reimbursement.

Revolving door of Washington DC. Works at CMS crafting legislation that obligates electronic transfer of payments to physician practices.
Then starts a company that scalps providers %2.5 on every transaction. The insurance doesn't pay- YOU DO! and you probably had no idea.

50’s F. Unilateral deformity- other foot totally normal. No neurological or autoimmune comorbidities. Not sure why or how long 2nd MTP is dislocated.

Meet Amar Bharati.
In devotion to world peace, he decided to hold his arm in the air back in 1973, and he has been doing so ever since.
As you can see below, his arm muscles have atrophied, and he no longer has use of the arm. In fact, many experts say that if he were to try and lower the arm, the arm would essentially begin to rot.
