There is now no excuse! It’s time for Georgia Republicans to call a special session. I’ve been calling for Georgia to redraw its congressional map since Texas started redrawing theirs.

Over the last eight years, we’ve achieved historic wins for hardworking Georgians from all walks of life and made our state the best place to live, work, and raise a family. We’ve passed the largest tax cut in state history, announced the largest economic development projects ever, raised teacher pay by nearly ten thousand dollars, led the entire nation in recovering from a pandemic, cracked down on criminal street gangs, invested historic amounts in school safety and classroom excellence, and made Georgia a national leader in job creation from businesses large and small. That’s a conservative record of success that Marty, the girls, and I are proud of—and it’s one that would not have been possible without our partners in the General Assembly. Whether it was during his service in the state senate or as Lt. Governor, @burtjonesforga has been a strong, trusted ally in those victories for the people of our state. He worked hard alongside me and my administration to return over $9 billion back to taxpayers, raise pay and retirement benefits for state law enforcement, and he never wavered when we took on the special interests to pass meaningful tort reform for the first time in twenty years. Burt knows how to get things done as governor because that’s what he has done as a state senator and as your Lt. Governor. The hardest part about being governor is making decisions that aren’t always popular or easy. I’ve worked alongside Burt for nearly fifteen years and I’m confident that he will always put hardworking Georgians first. This fall, Georgians will have a clear choice to make in their next governor. I believe Burt Jones will make a strong case to the voters for four more years of conservative leadership that ensures our state’s best days are ahead, while Democrats try to run from Keisha Lance Bottoms’ record of complete failure as mayor of Atlanta. The Supreme Court delivered a monumental ruling: race based gerrymandering is unconstitutional. Every Southern state must make redrawing their maps a top priority. Decisions based on race are un-American, including when it comes to Congressional maps. Redraw them!

I am proud to endorse @DolezalForGA for Georgia Lieutenant Governor. Senator Dolezal has been one of the biggest conservative voices down at the Capital, from sponsoring some of the strongest election integrity legislation, to advocating for school choice, and stopping corporate incentives and bailouts that are turning Georgia blue. I cast my first vote in A Republican primary yesterday. I’m sad it wasn’t a closed primary, (we’re still working on that). I had a fun time going around checking numbers and poll tapes after the polls closed.

Now that @BrianKempGA is calling a special session, I would like to propose my final congressional map for the legislature to consider. This is a solid 11🔴 to 3 🔵 map, nearly all incumbents are kept in their district, and all Republican districts voted for Trump by double digits in 2024. The Georgia Legislature should seriously consider this map. Call your legislators and encourage them to pass this solid Republican map. Got to see @RealSKeshel on his book tour last night. He has been an inspiration for so much of the work I do. He even gave me the ‘Mr.Peach’ award for being ‘the best man in Georgia election integrity.’ It was a pleasure to see you and thank you for the award.

In 2020, Raffensperger cancelled the Presidential Preference Primary due to COVID just days before it was supposed to happen. Tens of thousands of Georgians had already voted early by that time, but the votes cast before the election didn’t matter, and a second primary was held in June. There is no excuse why we can’t move the house primaries to July or August. @BrianKempGA call a special session and fix our elections while you’re at it.

I urge our state legislature to reconvene to redistrict another Republican seat in Memphis. It's essential to cement @realDonaldTrump’s agenda and the Golden Age of America. I've vowed to keep Tennessee a red state, and as Governor, I'll do everything I can to make this map a reality.

It seems like NO is vastly under preforming in the wealthy, college educated suburbs of Richmond. Tuckahoe Precinct, Henrico County. 2024 🔵 Harris 1.6 2025 Gov 🔵 Spanberger 5.2 2025 Lt. Gov 🔴 Reid 7.2 2025 AG 🔴 Miyares 19.2 Tonight 🔴 NO 18.2 YES is nearly preforming identical to Jay Jones, who alienated college educated moderates. If anything is carrying this referendum tonight, it’s NOVA.
