What an amazing day to be celebrated as a @J_Renaissance Educator of the Year! My team pulled of the ultimate surprise: entire school, district office staff, my family, & some friends in our gym without me having a clue! (Not sure if that says more about them or me ๐. ) ๐

We tell our teachers they canโt pour from an empty cup, & as building leaders we try to keep cups as full as possible. The same is true for building leaders, but there arenโt people filling our cups. Take care of your leadership teams and give the encouragement they also need.
