Making the PR look good is as important as the PR content.
In this week’s notable commits, one of the coolest PR artifacts I’ve seen in a minute from @bernaferrari 😎

Can’t believe I coded by hand for 15 years. 15 years of memorizing syntax, Vim, Stack Overflow, broken builds, cursed dependencies, merge conflicts, and β€œone last bug before sleep.” All of that just to end up typing β€œfix this” into a chat box and watching an agent do crimes.

My 15 minutes of fame are here!!! I don't know who made that slide (@k8lovett? πŸ‘€) but thanks a lot!!
Seeing some familiar faces from our community in the Flutter keynote at IO right now, super grateful for our contributors

Diagonal Wipe Icons has been achieved (and published) on Flutter! This should help simple wipe icon transitions be muuuuch easier and faster to make.

I made a single-file Compose component that animates between two icons (like SF Symbols). Much simpler than using custom animations or AVD.

I didn't see anyone posting. Super nice effect on @OpenAI ChatGPT Atlas browser.

prediction cone/safe triangle β€” this is something we take so much for granted in modern day native UIs. but it's not the same for most web-based dropdown menus. it took me a while to implement this here. Amazon, macOS, Windows all implement some version of this.

The difference between GPT 5.3 Codex Spark and GPT 5.3 Codex: I asked to apply some changes, Spark kept typos and really just applied the changes in the minimal way. 5.3 was like "interesting there are some typos here, do you want me to fix in a second commit?"

it feels GLM 5 was trained on OpenAI and Minimax 2.5 was trained on Claude. Minimax loves to do stubs, simplifications, make the code compile at all costs, where GLM 5 is more about doing what you asked and not hallucinating, no matter what you asked does.

I've used a lot of @Zai_org GLM 5 and it is incredibly good. I don't even know how to describe. Its knowledge is fresh (it knows recent things), its agent capabilities are great, its coding written is very good.

Starting the Ferrari Luce is engineered as pure theatre. It begins with a tactile glass key, featuring an automotive-first E Ink display that draws power only to shift its colour. As it fades from yellow to black and docks into the console, the cabin awakes. Stillness gives way to motion.

Kilo is very nice. I love how they are between OpenCode and OpenAI. I made a tiiinnny contribution to their new CLI: made their "news" area hoverable.

I find interesting that Google controls Android, Flutter and Go, but Gemini 3 is still much worse at them than Claude and GPT Codex. They could decide "let's make a custom Dart LSP for AI" or "let's make gradle logs shorter" or "let's train on updated docs" but so far didn't do.
