The time gap for this is larger because there are fewer people running in the EU, more countries, etc. I'd guess you can take advantage of at least 3 months of a VSL that ran in the USA.
Cultural adaptation? -> Not necessary, it's easier to run 2-3 VSLs on Heygen and find one where the culture coincides, than to make the necessary adaptations (some countries have more similar appearances in some niches than in others).
Start by just translating, and as you get it right, make variations and do the traditional work.
