I’m continuously angered by trade books that conceptualize happiness as an “inside job.”
Kids, especially, need supportive environments.
I’m sickened by the recent news of the bullied middle school boy who was beaten to death.
It’s hard to be happy when the people and systems around us are mean and cruel.
It’s time for a universal education in #EmotionalIntelligence.
