This episode completely changed my perspective. Engagement/culture peeps, we have to focus on inclusion of all, which this clearly does not (and in fact does the opposite!)
We're back! Today's episode is a deep dive into WORKPLACE WELLNESS, the notoriously grifty sector that allows employers to charge "healthy" people less for insurance. Thanks to everyone who sent in their stories! buzzsprout.com/1411126/11902…

the best thing companies can do to make jobs better is to give workers autonomy. Letting them choose where to work is such a no-brainer, free perk to boost autonomy. Companies that send everyone back to the office show they just don't get it.

There are probably a few Mike Richards and a few LeVar Burtons in your own office. And there are probably a few Jeopardy situations there as well. What are you doing to address them there, where you are?

Employers: you want mitigation measures in schools too. It doesn't matter how much of your workforce is vaccinated if they are out for 2 weeks every time their kids have an exposure at school.
