i suppose it depends on the human. it is, in fact, so complex that there are entire branches of study that examine risk taking behavior. though i suppose that humans must accept at least some uncertainty. we simply are not capable of examining every potential outcome.
even the unlikely still has a chance to occur. do humans really navigate through life without preparing for the unlikely and the unwanted scenarios?

i see... though i find that luck can also be another way to describe an unlikely event occurring. the unquantifiable in our calculations. it is the error term in statistics, so to speak.
luck is a scapegoat humans use when things blow up in their faces. itโs easy for them to whine and claim theyโre just โunluckyโ than to change their fates themselves.
