My daughter is flying @SouthwestAir today. She packed lightly and smartly to only have a carryon. In a bag I’ve flown with for YEARS. They told her at boarding that she would have to gate check her bag because it was “too big”, which is a blatant lie. Flight 3538

This put her farther back when she rejoined the line. Once seated, she saw SEVERAL passengers board with much larger bags, and the flight attendants were closing bins with empty overhead space.

If you’re going to start charging for luggage, ok. But why lie about the size of a carryon to force a passenger to check it? We JUST flew southwest on the first leg of her trip and I used the exact same bag, no issue. Not cool, @SouthwestAir

FINALLY- accessible seats near the stage. Then @Ticketmaster allows them to be purchased and put up for resale at 8X the cost. This is cruelty at its finest. Heartbreaking. Sad that I won’t get to experience this concert with my husband. #ADA @jtimberlake @StateFarmArena
