Brainrot is sold out!
This was far from our smoothest mint - I’m very sorry for all the frustration caused and time wasted.
Artworks are still minting - we expect everything to hit Ethereum within 10 hours.
Refunds are being auto-processed at around 1 every 10 seconds. Anything that doesn’t clear automatically we’ll put through manually over the weekend.
We have a few hundred dms & support tickets that we’ll be working through over the weekend. Our team are going to get some sleep, but we’ll be back online in the morning, UK-time.
I’m not sure we’ve ever put an artist through the wringer quite like we did @nuclearsamurai today. A million thank yous, Nuke for your grace and patience with everything burning around you - it’s hard to imagine a cooler operator.

So @verse_works restarted the Brainrot mint before refunding people who lost eth trying to mint? Seems backwards. I’m pretty sure experts with blockchain can easily figure out who got fcked and immediately refund them.

Is there any artist right now that has as much buzz and demand as @m0dest___ ? What’s the best way to measure growth of collector base for an artist? This is a serious bear nft market and he mints editions and they immediately get 0.3 offers. Not normal. Warranted. Love the art and is building a catalogue true to his style. If you’re an active collector and you’re paying attention why aren’t you involved? Genuinely curious.

there is A LOT to unpack with THE ECSTASY OF MAXIMALS NFT collection that dropped on shape in the last few days. The minting experience was the coolest minting experience i have ever experienced. The website, sound on.. see for urself. There are def some hoops to jump through as you need SHAPE, which is an ETH L2 so its not really that big of a jump if ur a strictly ETH collector like me, and the mint price is ~0.2 eth which is CRAZY high for this environment, but without those 2 hoops there is no CHANCE this wouldn't be an INSTANT mint out on a ~3k collection and fly through 0.2. There are only 303 minted right now. There is no chance i was missing this mint considering the art. if u are a serious NFT collector might want to bite the bullet if u have the funds and head towards those hoops. HOLY SHYT @macbethAI

cud be interesting if evaders become burnable for @m0dest___ editions once the game ends. A non-insured edition and an insured edition. both with tiers (burn 20 for this, burn 10 for this, etc)… or not. Already blown away by the mechanics put into motion on this collection, curious if there are any more twists n turns…

Upon tweeting this the owner @SeanOhio_ who I’ve never met sent me this citizen in good faith without me asking and said I could send whatever as a trade. How cool is that? Of course I immediately returned the favor and then insured this guy - he is saved!
