A quick test of using 3d drawing with 6DOF controllers as an "instructor" for a generative AI process.
There's so many powerful and fun new ways to create just around the corner..
Here I'm using Dreams, Krea and 3daistudio. The 3d model at the end of the video was generated from the Dreams Krea output in just around 15 seconds. Only the model on the left is a "true" 3d model.

More tests of painting with a realtime ai transformation.
This time, the model settings ensure that the ai stays closer to the painting, which gives me more control over the final look of things. Eventually, we should be able to get as fine-grained control as we want with our painting.. to be able to put most of our energy into painting details in areas that matter the most in the composition.
I'll post below how I got this to work.

Did you know that in Blender you can easily bend objects in edit mode by pressing Shift W? ✨
1. Select the geometry to bend from
2. Press Shift S,2 to place the 3d cursor there
3. Select the geometry to bend
4. Press Shift W to bend!
Important: when you're pressing Shift W, hover your mouse over the geo you're trying to bend, like shown in the video!
Bonus: by placing the 3d cursor slightly off center and holding ALT (to disable clamping) while bending, you can easily create spirals!
