Dear NCAA, please consider emergency legislating things that actually make sense. Like putting a cap on how many times someone can transfer. Like putting a cap on NIL so it doesn’t become a bidding war and coaches can actually build programs with players who are bought into the culture, not just the paycheck. Like putting a cap on the D2 portal window so our kids can’t get poached at anytime up until the first day of school.
