utility is retention.
i came to SoSoValue for the airdrop.
i stayed because the product solves a problem for me. (Fast surface level research)
builders shouldn't be ashamed of using incentives.
the real challenge is making sure people still show up when the rewards stop.
that's when you know you've built something valuable..
it's quite funny how most of us on ct use a product cause it's either...
